Terms of Use
1. Who we are
Naughty or Nice (naughtyornicescore.com) is run by Hyperion S.r.l., Piazza Santo Stefano 6, 20122 Milano (MI), Italy, VAT no. IT14450290961. Contact: privacy@hyperionsrl.cloud.
2. The service
You create a personal link with a first name or nickname. People who open it vote "Nice" or "Naughty" anonymously and may add a short reason. Your score and certificate are free. Voting closes on 24 December 2026; links, votes and reasons are deleted after 31 January 2027.
It is a game. Scores and certificates are opinions of the people who voted, not facts, and have no official value.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. You may only create a link about yourself. Do not create links about other people, and do not vote about anyone you know to be under 18.
4. Paid files and prices
You can buy, for the link you own:
- The full file, $0.99: every written reason on your link, visible once at least 3 votes are in, until the end of the season.
- You + 2 friends, $1.99: the full file for your link plus 2 gift codes, each unlocking the full file on one other link. Codes expire with the season.
- HD certificate & full stats, +$1.00: double-resolution certificate images and extra statistics for your link.
Prices are in US dollars, include VAT where applicable, and are charged once (no subscription). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. The content is delivered immediately on your result page, so, as allowed by EU consumer law for digital content delivered right away, you agree that there is no right of withdrawal once the file is unlocked. If something doesn't work (for example the file never unlocks), write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
Unlocking does not guarantee any number of reasons: reasons depend on what your friends write. If fewer than 3 people vote by 24 December, the reasons stay hidden to protect voters' anonymity; in that case we refund you on request.
5. Content rules
When you write a reason you must not: insult, threaten, harass or humiliate anyone; reveal personal information (contacts, addresses, health, sexuality, money); post links, advertising or spam; write about anyone under 18; or try to identify yourself or others. Reasons are filtered automatically and may be rejected. The link owner can hide any reason. Anyone can report a link or a reason; we may hide or delete content and block abusers without notice.
If a link is about you and you did not create it, tell us or use "Report this link": we remove it. You grant Hyperion a licence to store and display the reasons you write, anonymously, to the link owner, for the purpose of the service.
6. Your link and account
There is no account. Your link is controlled by a secret key stored in your browser and in the result URL you received. Keep it private: anyone with that URL can see and buy your file, hide reasons or delete your link. If you lose it, we cannot recover it. The link owner can delete the link and all votes at any time.
7. Fair use
No bots, scripts, bulk voting, vote buying or attempts to get around the per-person and per-network limits. No scraping. We may suspend links that break these rules.
8. Intellectual property
The Naughty or Nice name, logo, texts, certificate designs and code belong to Hyperion S.r.l. You may share your own certificate images freely. "Santa", "North Pole" and the like are used in a festive, fictional sense.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for what people vote or write, but we act on reports. To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
10. Changes and termination
We may change the service or these terms; the date at the top tells you when. We may end the service at the end of the season, as described above.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. EU consumers can also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
12. Pre-launch pages
Noble Pets and Recapp are not available yet; their pages describe products we plan to launch and only collect an email for the waiting list. Joining is free and creates no purchase or account. Recapp is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
